mmm new recipe today

Got minced beef out fo the freezer today and needed a recipe so where do i turn, the BBC of course, they know everything. Lo and behold they even had something Norfolky top of the list, or thereabouts, Norfolk Mince with Dumplings, I shan't be doing the dumplings today but the rest looks good. I'll let you know what it tastes like, I must admit I've added oregano for some extra flavour. Wish everyone attending said meal all the best!
